Shipping policy

Chocolate Sunflowers LLC ships all orders within the United States via UPS.

Before being directed to the checkout page, you will be prompted to select Shipping as your fulfillment option.

Selecting Your Delivery Date

Please choose the exact date you would like to receive your order. Once your delivery date is selected and payment has been processed, the date cannot be changed and the order cannot be canceled.

🚨 Out-of-State & Non-Local Orders

All out-of-state and non-local customers must select “Shipping” ONLY to avoid delays.

  • Refunds or cancellations will not be issued if “Delivery” or “Pickup” is selected and those options are not available for shipping.

  • “Delivery” and “Pickup” are strictly for local South Florida residents only.

  • If a non-local order is placed under “Delivery” or “Pickup,” it will automatically be shipped on the next available shipping date.

Shipping Methods & Schedule

We offer the following UPS shipping options:

  • Next Day Air

  • 2nd Day Air

📦 Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only.
We do not ship on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

Available delivery days are Wednesday through Friday.

Tuesday delivery is available only if:

  • Next Day Air is purchased, and

  • That Monday is not a holiday.

If you need Tuesday delivery, please contact us so we can make it available.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Shipping Delays

While Chocolate Sunflowers LLC works diligently to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to severe weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen transportation circumstances.

In the event of a carrier delay:

  • Credits or refunds will not be issued.

  • We strongly recommend placing your order at least two days before any important event (engagements, birthdays, celebrations, etc.) to ensure timely arrival.

UPS Account Recommendation

We encourage customers to create a UPS account to:

  • Track shipments in real time

  • Redirect packages to a UPS Access Point if unavailable at delivery
