We do not offer refunds or store credits at any time. All custom and perishable items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or not delivered by UPS, or if it arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately:

Stolen Packages

Chocolate Sunflowers LLC is not responsible for stolen packages and does not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by UPS.

We strongly recommend creating an account at UPS.com to:

  • Track your shipment in real time

  • Redirect your package to a UPS Access Point if needed

If your package is stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact UPS directly to file a claim using the tracking number sent to your email.
